Challenge
The Huquqiy QR platform was created under a social order from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and delivered by the public association Yuksak Salohiyat. The goal was to bring the law closer to people and raise citizens’ legal literacy. It needed a website where anyone can quickly and freely find reliable information about their rights and duties in everyday situations.
Solution
We designed and built a platform with four themed sections, each aimed at its own audience:
- Neighbourhood (mahalla) — social support, family disputes, protection from violence
- Education — children’s rights, duties of parents and teachers, protection from bullying
- Public transport — consumer rights, social benefits, pensions
- Health — patients’ rights, choosing a doctor, medical confidentiality
The home page takes visitors straight to the right section through clear cards, and the inner pages work as step-by-step guides: “what the law says” and “what it means for you”. The site runs in Uzbek and Russian and is comfortable on smartphones.
Result
- A bilingual platform: Uzbek and Russian
- Four sections for different groups of the population
- Complex legal topics explained in plain language
- Responsive design for phones and desktops
- Easy content management on Joomla
