Challenge
CAEx Mebel & Décor is the fifth International Furniture & Decor Exhibition held by the CAEx exhibition centre in Tashkent (20–22 May 2027). It needed its own event website: to explain what to expect, attract exhibitors, build interest among visitors and collect registrations.
Solution
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor in the exhibition centre’s shared style, with the event’s own colour — deep indigo. Structure:
- First screen — a slider with the name, dates, hours and venue
- A countdown to the start of the exhibition
- About the exhibition with a photo and a list of who exhibitors can reach
- For visitors — reasons to come and a free pass button; for exhibitors — a book-a-stand button
- News and figures from past editions, an organiser block, partners and supporters
- Menu with Exhibition, Exhibitors, Visitors, Events, Media and Contacts, a language switcher, and a full-screen menu on phones
- Footer with address, phone, email and social links
Result
- A dedicated event site within the shared CAEx exhibition system
- Clear paths for exhibitors and for visitors
- News, partners and figures in one place, and a responsive version
