The goal was to bring the law closer to people and raise citizens’ legal literacy. It needed a website where anyone can quickly and freely find reliable information about their rights and duties in everyday situations.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>Solution\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>We designed and built a platform with four themed sections, each aimed at its own audience:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Neighbourhood (mahalla)\u003C\u002Fstrong> — social support, family disputes, protection from violence\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Education\u003C\u002Fstrong> — children’s rights, duties of parents and teachers, protection from bullying\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Public transport\u003C\u002Fstrong> — consumer rights, social benefits, pensions\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Health\u003C\u002Fstrong> — patients’ rights, choosing a doctor, medical confidentiality\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>The home page takes visitors straight to the right section through clear cards, and the inner pages work as step-by-step guides: “what the law says” and “what it means for you”.
